Created in collaboration with Upperkut, these digital projects showcase a production-led approach where motion, precision, and execution drive the final experience. I was responsible for the production and animation phase, translating bold creative concepts into fluid, technically sound motion assets. From timing and transitions to format adaptations and delivery, my role ensured every detail moved with intent, and every frame landed as designed.
For the Projet Montréal municipal election campaign, I served as the core production specialist responsible for the visual consistency of all candidate portraits. Working strictly within the established creative direction, I executed advanced photo retouching and precise color correction across a high volume of assets to ensure a unified and polished look. My role culminated in the technical preparation and generation of flawless, ready-to-print files for every candidate in every municipality. By meticulously applying pre-press standards to each output, I ensured that the party's visual identity remained sharp, professional, and uniform across all physical advertising materials distributed throughout the city.
For Piétons Québec, I developed a series of engaging GIF animations designed to amplify the organization's digital advocacy and awareness campaigns. Translating static brand assets and key messaging into dynamic motion graphics, I managed the animation process from initial storyboarding to final execution. A major focus of this project was the technical optimization of the outputs, ensuring the files were lightweight and formatted for seamless, continuous playback across social media platforms and email newsletters. By maintaining smooth motion and strict adherence to the organization's visual identity, these animations effectively captured the audience's attention and reinforced their core messaging on pedestrian safety.
For the City of Longueuil, I executed the multiplatform rollout of a municipal awareness campaign focused on waste management and composting. My responsibilities centered on adapting the core creative concept across a diverse range of deliverables, bridging the gap between physical and digital spaces. I managed the rigorous prepress process for large-scale outdoor billboards, ensuring high-resolution image quality and accurate color reproduction on a massive scale. Simultaneously, I designed and optimized tailored assets for various social media platforms to maximize legibility and digital engagement. By meticulously aligning both the large-format print and digital outputs with the municipality's visual guidelines, I helped deliver a cohesive, highly visible environmental message to the citizens.
For the City of Lévis, I contributed to a waste management awareness campaign that uniquely leveraged humor as its primary vehicle for civic engagement. My role involved translating this comedic creative direction across a strategic mix of print and digital deliverables. I managed the layout and pre-press production of engaging printed posters, ensuring the visual punchlines landed effectively in a static format. Simultaneously, I developed dynamic social media animations and programmatic web banners, where I focused on optimizing motion and pacing to maintain the comedic timing within short digital formats. By meticulously adapting these assets across diverse digital ecosystems and print specifications, I helped the municipality deliver a memorable and highly entertaining environmental message.
For the Parti Laval mayoral pre-campaign, I contributed to a highly engaging, humor-driven visual strategy designed to capture early voter attention. My role focused on translating these lighthearted and witty creative concepts into polished deliverables across both print and digital mediums. I managed the layout and pre-press production for teaser posters and promotional flyers, ensuring the comedic tone landed effectively through precise typography and image composition. Additionally, I produced optimized digital assets tailored for high shareability on social media. By carefully balancing the campaign's playful tone with the rigorous technical execution expected of a major political party, I helped lay a memorable visual foundation for the upcoming election race.
For the Îles de la Madeleine destination campaign, my role encompassed the layout and rigorous pre-press production of high-quality printed posters, I developed dynamic social media animations and targeted programmatic web banners to drive digital engagement. A critical component of this mandate involved adapting and optimizing the core campaign visuals to seamlessly align with the user interface of their newly redesigned website. By bridging print precision with motion design and digital integration, I ensured a cohesive, immersive brand experience for prospective travelers across all touchpoints.
